The Caruso group, the team responsible for The Grove in Los Angeles proper and The Americana in Glendale, are once again bringing some of the latest and favorite eateries to the public. The property group is already known for placing some of the best food places inside their outdoor shopping locations but in Glendale they have gone one step further and are developing across the street from their Americana property.
The new property, simply called 252 S. Brand [which is also the address of the location], will feature some of the newest and most popular eateries emerging in the Los Angeles areas. During the preview we were introduced to some of the amazing food the public will be able to experience Summer/Fall 2016.
The 252 S. Brand street-front retail project – located at Brand and Colorado Boulevards in Glendale – is adjacent to The Masonic Temple and across the street from renowned dumpling house, Din Tai Fung, and award-winning steakhouse, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina and top-grossing lifestyle center, The Americana at Brand. The five new retailers will be the classic egg lovers comfort fare with a twist, Eggslut; farm-to-fork culinary concept, Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop; fresh riff on traditional poke, Mainland Poke; the best drip handcrafted coffee, Philz; and modern day “roadside” burger stand, Shake Shack. We are looking forward to all these!
